Receiver-independent, fully automatic satellite system that aligns to the selected satellite at the push of a button within 1 – 2 minutes. It is preassigned to radio- and TV-signals via Astra 1, Astra 2, Astra 3, Astra 4, Hotbird, Thor, Hispasat and Tuerksat. Its parabolic dish (46 x 32 cm) is optimally protected against external damage by the elegant plastic cover. An SD card reader and an RS232 interface enable a potentially necessary software update of the control unit. Thanks to the included mounting kit, the external unit can be very easily attached to an even surface. With its automatic tracking system, the model Shipman guarantees best TV reception while driving (up to 160 km/h). Shipman recognises any change of direction, corrects it automatically and thus holds the position of the satellite.
